Extract shared normalization/coercion helpers into private @openclaw/normalization-core workspace package while preserving existing plugin SDK helper subpaths.\n\nAlso keeps direct normalization-core imports internal, wires UI/build/loader resolution, and replaces the slow PR network CodeQL lane with a fast added-line boundary scan while retaining full CodeQL for scheduled/manual runs.\n\nVerification: local moved tests, plugin SDK boundary tests, extension loader tests, agents-support shard, UI build/test, build artifacts, lint, workflow guards, autoreview, and GitHub CI passed on PR head 963d893715.
Include second-level precision in inbound metadata and auto-reply envelope timestamps, matching the timestamp helper contract used by providers and channel adapters.
Docs now show the weekday plus seconds form in date-time and timezone examples.

The `fromMe` flag from Baileys' WAMessage.key was only used for
access-control filtering and then discarded. This meant agents
could not distinguish owner-sent messages from contact messages
in DM conversations (everything appeared as from the contact).
Add `fromMe` to `WebInboundMessage`, store it during message
construction, and thread it through `buildInboundLine` →
`formatInboundEnvelope` so DM transcripts prefix owner messages
with `(self):`.

Replace verbose formatUserTime (Wednesday, January 28th, 2026 — 8:30 PM)
with the same formatZonedTimestamp used by channel envelopes (2026-01-28
20:30 EST). This:
- Saves ~4 tokens per message (~7 vs ~11)
- Uses globally unambiguous YYYY-MM-DD 24h format
- Removes 12/24h config option (always 24h, agent-facing)
- Anchors envelope detection to the actual format function — if channels
change their timestamp format, our injection + detection change too
- Adds test that compares injection output to formatZonedTimestamp directly
Exported formatZonedTimestamp from auto-reply/envelope.ts for reuse.
