310344b6e4 fix: read thinking/verbose/reasoning levels from session entry in status 
buildStatusMessage resolved thinkLevel, verboseLevel, and reasoningLevel
without falling back to sessionEntry, unlike elevatedLevel which already
had this fallback. When session_status tool calls buildStatusMessage
without passing resolvedThink/resolvedVerbose/resolvedReasoning, the
levels always fell back to agent defaults or "off", ignoring the
runtime-set session values.

Add sessionEntry fallback for thinkingLevel, verboseLevel, and
reasoningLevel, consistent with how elevatedLevel already works.

Closes #30126

15dd2cda20 feat: show transcript file size in session status 
Add transcript size monitoring to /status and session_status tool.
Displays file size and message count (e.g. '📄 Transcript: 1.2 MB,
627 messages'). Shows ⚠️ warning when transcript exceeds 1 MB, which
helps catch sessions approaching the compaction death spiral described
in #13624.

- getTranscriptInfo() reads JSONL file stat + line count
- Wired into both /status command and session_status tool
- 8 new tests covering file reading, formatting, and edge cases

- Add CommandCategory type to organize commands into groups (session, options, status, management, media, tools, docks)
- Refactor /help to show grouped sections for better discoverability
- Add pagination support for /commands on Telegram (8 commands per page with nav buttons)
- Show grouped list without pagination on other channels
- Handle commands_page_N callback queries for Telegram pagination navigation
