08a73dbe4b fix(qqbot): gate fallback approval buttons (#87154) 
QQBot fallback approval buttons now reuse the same slash-command authorization path as real commands, including access groups and default-account config merging.

Verification:
- node scripts/test-extension.mjs qqbot
- node --max-old-space-size=8192 --import tsx scripts/generate-plugin-sdk-api-baseline.ts --check && git diff --check
- pnpm lint --threads=8
- node scripts/run-vitest.mjs src/agents/agent-command.live-model-switch.test.ts

aa702cf3db fix(qqbot): derive outbound watchdog from configured timeouts (#85267) (#86500) 
Summary:
- The branch replaces QQBot's hardcoded outbound response watchdog with a resolver based on existing agent/provider `timeoutSeconds` settings, adds regression tests, and updates the changelog.
- PR surface: Source +113, Tests +116, Docs +1. Total +230 across 5 files.
- Reproducibility: yes. at source level: current main and the latest release use a hardcoded 300000 ms QQBot o ... s an 1800s provider timeout. I did not run the reporter's live QQBot/Ollama setup in this read-only review.

9791957cd5 fix(qqbot): treat false-like QQBOT_DEBUG values as disabled (#82697) 
Fix QQBot debug logging so only explicit truthy `QQBOT_DEBUG` values (`1`, `true`, `yes`, `on`) enable debug output. False-like values such as `0`, `false`, `off`, and `no` now keep debug logs disabled, preventing accidental message-text logging.

Also add the release changelog entry and remove a stale unused daemon inspection helper that failed current `tsgo:prod` after rebasing onto latest main.

Fixes #82644.

d69b663021 fix(qqbot): re-evaluate routing bindings per inbound message 
QQBot's gateway captured `ctx.cfg` once at startup and reused that
reference for every inbound, so peer-specific bindings added via the
CLI were ignored until the gateway restarted (the routing resolver
caches evaluated bindings keyed by the cfg object reference).

Add a small `ActiveCfgProvider` that reads `getRuntimeConfig()` from
the plugin SDK on every event and falls back to the startup snapshot
when the runtime registry is not populated, mirroring Telegram's
per-event lookup pattern. Wire it into `handleMessage` so both the
inbound pipeline and outbound dispatch run against the live config.

Fixes #69546.
