ddcad1fe76 fix(compaction): preserve firstKeptEntryId unsummarized tail during truncation 
The truncation was removing all messages before the compaction entry,
but buildSessionContext() expects messages from firstKeptEntryId onward
to be present (the unsummarized tail). Now only messages before
firstKeptEntryId are removed, preserving the contract that
SessionManager.buildSessionContext() relies on.

f3e1f21a28 fix(compaction): drop label/branch_summary entries referencing removed messages 
Addresses Codex review feedback: label and branch_summary entries whose
parentId points to a removed message are now also dropped during
truncation to avoid dangling metadata. This is consistent with the
approach in tool-result-truncation.ts.

Rework truncation to only remove message-type entries that the compaction
actually summarized, instead of dropping everything before the compaction
entry. Non-message session state (custom, model_change, thinking_level_change,
session_info) and unsummarized sibling branches are now preserved. Entries
whose parent was removed are re-parented to the nearest kept ancestor.

bf9264cb8b feat(compaction): truncate session JSONL after compaction to prevent unbounded growth 
Session files grow indefinitely because compaction summaries are appended
without removing the entries they summarize. After many compaction cycles,
files can reach 7+ MB with thousands of stale entries, causing performance
degradation and stuck sessions.

Add opt-in  config under
that rewrites the session file after compaction to keep only the latest
compaction entry and subsequent messages, removing all summarized entries.

Fixes #39953
