bd5bf4820a fix(cli): retry logs.tail after journal fallback in logs follow (#88159) 
* fix(cli): retry logs.tail after journal fallback in logs follow

Rebase #88159 onto current main and keep systemd journal fallback temporary in follow mode. Preserve the journal cursor across repeated fallback outages, but retry logs.tail on the next loop so recovered Gateway RPC returns to normal log output.

This refresh also replaces the stale red checks-node-core-fast result from the old head with a current-head CI run.

* docs: clarify logs follow JSON source transitions

* fix(cli): keep journal logs responsive during recovery

00d8d7ead0 refactor: extract normalization core package 
Extract shared normalization/coercion helpers into private @openclaw/normalization-core workspace package while preserving existing plugin SDK helper subpaths.\n\nAlso keeps direct normalization-core imports internal, wires UI/build/loader resolution, and replaces the slow PR network CodeQL lane with a fast added-line boundary scan while retaining full CodeQL for scheduled/manual runs.\n\nVerification: local moved tests, plugin SDK boundary tests, extension loader tests, agents-support shard, UI build/test, build artifacts, lint, workflow guards, autoreview, and GitHub CI passed on PR head 963d893715.

Introduce packages/agent-core as the OpenClaw-owned home for reusable agent loop, harness, session, prompt, and runtime dependency contracts.

Move provider model registries, stream wrappers, OAuth helpers, and LLM utilities into src/llm with plugin-sdk barrels instead of depending on the old embedded runtime layout.

* refactor: remove pi runtime internals

Rename remaining Pi-shaped agent surfaces to OpenClaw agent runtime names, delete obsolete Pi docs and package graph checks, and add the third-party notice for incorporated code.

6e3b3183dd fix(cli): keep logs follow on live gateway state 
Use the passive backend Gateway client for implicit local logs reads, and route Linux follow-mode local RPC failures to a bounded/redacted active systemd journal fallback instead of stale configured-file logs.

76a42da676 fix: suppress spinner in logs --follow mode 
The progress spinner was being shown for each gateway RPC call during
log tailing, causing repeated spinner frames (◇ │) to appear every
polling interval.

Add a `progress` option to `callGatewayFromCli` and disable the spinner
during follow mode polling to keep output clean.
