- Handle assistant_thread_started and assistant_thread_context_changed events
- Set suggested prompts on thread start
- Track thread context for channel-aware responses
- Auto-title threads after first response
- Add assistant:write scope to manifest
- Backward compatible: no impact when feature is toggled off
