Verified:
- pnpm test -- extensions/feishu/src/bot.checkBotMentioned.test.ts
- pnpm build
- pnpm check (blocked by unrelated baseline lint errors in untouched files)
- pnpm test:macmini (not run after pnpm check blocked)
