Correlates channel receive, agent lifecycle, model attempt diagnostics, and outbound delivery diagnostics into one trace waterfall so channel message runs can be inspected end-to-end. Maintainer follow-up removed the internal `AgentHarnessV2` adapter surface and kept the harness path canonical through `src/agents/harness/lifecycle.ts`.
