Leon-SK668 b832287ba5 fix(discord): prevent REST failures from exposing credentials ...

Sanitize Discord REST failure details and structurally hash credential-bearing webhook scheduler route keys while preserving stable rate-limit grouping. Exact-head CI, autoreview, ClawSweeper, and focused redaction proof are green.
